Pricing
There are two things to keep apart. What the group pays Commute Connects for the platform. And what members pay the group for using the car. The first is one fixed price. The second is up to the group.
What Commute Connects costs
400 kr per car per month incl. VAT
Applies to groups of up to 8 people.
Several cars in the group: the price is per car.
Larger groups: contact us at hello@agent.commuteconnects.com.

What it costs to use the car is up to the group. You put your own plan together from four parts:
Subscription
A fixed amount every month.
Hours
A price ladder for the time the car is booked.
Kilometres
A price ladder for the kilometres driven.
Monthly allowance
What is included in the subscription each month.
You pay for what you booked. Members are billed once a month, and the billing runs on the group's own Stripe account.

There are more than 8 of us. What then?
Contact us at hello@agent.commuteconnects.com and we will find an arrangement that fits your group.
We share two cars. Do we pay twice?
The price is per car, not per group or per member.
Who decides what a trip costs a member?
The group does. You set the subscription, hourly ladder, kilometre ladder and monthly allowance yourselves.
How are members billed?
Once a month through the group's own Stripe account. You pay for what you booked.
Which account does the money go to?
Settlement between the group and its members runs through the group's own Stripe account.
Is VAT included?
Yes. 400 kr is incl. VAT.
