Get your driving licence approved
Your driving licence is what determines whether you may drive the car. The group administrator approves it — not Commute Connects.
How to do it
Take a photo of the licence in the app
Make sure the whole card is in frame and the text is readable.
Send it
The photo goes to the group administrator.
Wait for approval
The administrator looks at the photo and approves it.
Are you the administrator yourself? Then you approve the others' licences. You find them
in the group in the app.
If it takes a while
Message the administrator in the group — that is faster than going through us. If the photo is hard to read, you can take a new one.
