Set your group's prices

4 minUpdated September 5, 2026

What it costs to use the car is decided by the group. The plan is built from four parts, and you can use all four or just some of them.

The four parts

  1. Subscription

A fixed amount every month, no matter how much the car is used.

  2. Hours

A price ladder for the time the car is booked.

  3. Kilometres

A price ladder for the kilometres driven.

  4. Monthly allowance

What is included in the subscription each month, before hours and kilometres start counting.

How they fit together

The allowance is what the member has available within the subscription. Hours and kilometres are added on once the allowance is used up. A group that wants to keep things simple can use a subscription alone; a group where some drive far more than others gets more out of the ladders.

The group decides. Commute Connects does not set the prices — we calculate and collect them.

Who can change the plan

The group administrator. Changes apply going forward, not backwards.
