Create the group and add the car
A group is the circle that shares the car — the neighbours in the building, the housing association, the family, or the friends who bought the car together. The car stays within the circle you have chosen yourselves.
How to do it
Create the group
Give it a name the others will recognise. That is the name they see when they are invited.
Add the car
A group needs at least one car before there is anything to book. If you share several cars, they can all live in the same group.
Invite the others
Once the car is in place, the rest of the group can join.
The price is per car, not per member. If you share two cars, the group pays for two. See
What Commute Connects costs.
Who decides in the group
Whoever creates the group is the administrator. The administrator approves new members' driving licences and sets what it costs members to use the car.
